Lamb chops are packed 2 per package. Larger packs are a t-bone style, medium packs are ribeye style and small packs are a lollipop chop style. All chops have a bone. 
All lamb is from our hair sheep that were developed for their flavor. Because hair sheep shed threir wool you won't have lanolin taint like with wool breeds. 
If you have never tried lamb it will be like a mild beef flavor.
